looking at reception sites

when you look at reception sites do you need to make an appointment or can you just stop by? if you have to make an appointment how do you coordinate seeing many places in one day?

Yes, you need to make appointments. All the places I went to required an appointment.

Most places do need an appointment. When I was looking we chose a few places that were close together and made appointments to go see them back to back. Expect each place to take about 45min to 1 hour. We made the mistake of making 6 appointments on one day and we had to cancel the last one because we were wiped out.

You do need to make an appointment, especially on the weekends, because these places are hosting events and they do not want you crashing them (which makes sense.) I would make appointments in the morning and see if one place can squeeze you in between events, like around 6ish. That is what we did. Of course, the weekdays are much better but not too many of us are available then. Good luck!

When I first went out looking I had appointments setup for the day but after that first appointment we(me,M, & FH) decided to just drop in on a few places and we saw at least 7 places without appointments. It was an early Sunday afternoon & everyone had time for us.

We just showed up but went during the week. But when we found a place we were very interested in we made an appt. Good Luck!
