So I decided today that I'm going to call to make appointments to look at places. EEEK. FH and one of my BM said try for Saturday. I'm hoping to get a few done. How much time should I leave between the appointments??

Re: looking at RH
If there close, I would say an hour, If not maybe an hour and a half. It really depends on how much you like the place and how much in detail the person that works with you goes over the menu and place.

I will be with the Florist at Fox Hollow at 10:30, look for me!
You will probably need more than an hour at North Ritz.

North Ritz didn't have any other time available, so I'm going to guess that they rush us around.

Re: looking at RH
Fox Hollow ran a little over an hour for me and I had to go to Crest Hollow after. I was a little late but since they had 3 weddings going on, they were understaffed at the moment and kept me waiting 45 minutes.

Re: looking at RH
We were at each location about 45 minutes. They were all close to each other but I gave myself an 1 to 1.5 hours between each just to be safe.
I was at each place about 90 minutes... except for Jericho Terrace which was about 45. I don't know, I asked a lot of questions and took my time looking at everything... so when I stacked appointments I put two hours between them... don't forget you need to drive around from X place to Y place too.

Re: looking at RH
WM was the only place that actually spent time with us, the other 8 I visited lasted like 20 minutes tops and I knew that wasn't a good thing.

Re: looking at RH
Ok, so I did my first round of looking at places today. I checked out North Ritz, Fox Hollow, Crest Hollow, and Verdi's.
And the front runner is............. North Ritz!
They seemed to offer me the most. I really went in there today thinking it was going to be out of my price range, but Maryann worked with us, and I'm being told I got a really good deal. CH was actually really surprised by the deal I got from NRC, and I'm waiting for a call back to see if they can match it. (But personally I think NRC is prettier).
I know a lot of you girls got the most for your money at FH, but that wasn't the case with me. The Garden Room was gorgeous though, and I really went in thinking FH would be the winner today. But the price was higher than I was expecting, and they wouldn't show me the list of extras. He just kept saying I can do whatever you want. But what I wanted to see the prices, so I could figure out a more accurate quote. I did get a stuffed fox, and that was a cute gesture.
My quote is good for 30 days at NRC, so I'm going to check out a few more places soon.
