Seriously considering Brother Jimmy's, but also considering a roof top bar. Help me!

Bar 13 (I'm 95% positive - either that or Bar 12)
has a rooftop - and other levels - it's like an all in one party place, lol.

the maritime hotel has an outdoor bar, not a rooftop though. same with park bar on 10th ave. and bbar downtown.

the frying pan is really cool, it's a boat docked on the west side... obv not a rooftop but still outdoors. i'm not sure of their hours though

i personally really don't like bar 13... i live a couple blocks from there and every time i go i regret it.

Empire has a nice bar upstairs. My friend works with them and does parties. let me know if u need any hook ups.

I've been here before...but at night once the bouncers are there they have been known to be slightly racist again certain groups. And even a group of people I know. So I wouldn't go there again. Nice view but that's about it.
