I found a dress that I love and I want to buy it to wear to some weddings, sweet sixteens, and 2 holiday parties (that's how I'm justifying spending the money on it). Anywho, I found the dress at Burton's this morning, and they said it would take at least 3 months to come in. Anyone know of a place that I could get the dress in a shorter amount of time? It's Dessy style 2053....

You may be able to pay to have it rushed.
I would lieand tell them you need it for a wedding at the end of July.

Angel's Bridals in e. islip can do it in a month. I called them about ordering a bridesmaid dress for a gala i need to attend and they said they can do it in a months notice. Prob. is the gala is less then a month away.

Yes!!!! That's awesome! I am totally going to attempt to contact Angel Bridals (darn you 3 day weekend...wait, did I just say that??) I really appreciate it! I would also just buy the sample off the rack and have it altered, but I don't think stores sell them.

i bought a bridesmaid dress for my prom...i had to BEG the store and they FINALLY let me buy the sample. but i had to practically stalk them for 2 weeks!! lol...
and BTW that dress is beautiful...so if you have to annoy the hell out of the manager of a bridal store to get them to sell you a sample, it'd totally be worth it for that one!!!

Yea i am going to call angel's bridal too next week and ask if there is any samples she wants to unload in my size so i can get something nice!
