We actually are going to be selling ours but same as the above poster, its a one BR. Actually its a little less, its a Jr 1 but its big...600 sq feet and completely renovated! Forest Hills!

when are you looking to buy?

We will be selling ours in the Bayside area this summer. Not a 2 bedroom but a Junior 4 so it can be converted into a two bedroom. Fairly large 850 sq ft and all renovated with california closets throughout.

Convenient express bus to the city, buses to the subway, easy commute to the LIRR and quick cab ride to all restaurants and bars if you don't want to drive. Lots of parking, Pool and well maintained.

have you checked out the forest hills/kew gardens area. THere are tons of co-ops in this area. Its a great area with lots to do. I love Astoria too but not as many co-ops and alot of the new apartments now are insanely expensive, some went down though.

Do you commute to the city by any chance? if so then just know some of the areas you mentioned are not the easiest commute to the city. Bayside has no trains, however they do have the express bus into the city. THere is the LIRR in bayside too so can drive to that but no MTA NYC trains. HOward beach they have the A train and can be a long train ride.
