Looking for a hotel

Looking for a hotel

Out east, doesn't have to be the Hamptons, could be Port Jeff, any other area around the water.

Any suggestions would help!!

Danfords Inn in Port Jefferson is nice.

The Heritage Inn, a block away and across from the water, is pretty nice too (a little cheaper than Danfords too). I've stayed there when we've gone to events at Danfords.

Thanks. Only problem with hotels.com/expedia/orbitz is that they tend to only pull up the national hotels.

I'm looking for a local, smaller place with some charm.

I looked at the Hamptin Inn on exit 63 off the expressway and the Radisson, both very nice. I'm using the Best Western in Riverhead.
