For my FH and myself. I'm hoping somewhere in East Meadow, Levittown, Wantagh, Bethpage area but open for anything close by. Preferable a 1BR for about $900? Is that even possible? Thanks!

We used Romeo Realty on Park Ave. in Wantagh, and they found us a GREAT 2 bedroom apt. in a house ($1200) Their number is 781-1414. Tell Carl that Donna McKenna sent you.

Thanks Donna, but I'm hoping to avoid a realter so I dont have to pay an extra months rent to the agent. I know I'm really narrowing my choices.

look in the bargain hunter or penny saver. my sister found her 3 bedroom in one of those and didnt have to pay a real estate fee
