If anyone is currently looking to rent out an apartment, please fm me. We are looking for something immediate, but very reasonable...especially for the first month. If someone can work w/ us for a month until fh starts his other job that would be very helpful. TIA!

I might have an apartment for you to rent. We are in the process of buying a co-op and we will have to give up our cute little one bedroom apartment. It's in Glen Oaks Village-on the Queens/Nassau border, near LIJ hospital. It's a garden style apartment complex (two stories only-one apart on each floor) Our rent is really cheap, the apartment is a little small but very cute. FM if your interested. Parking is great, there is always a spot right in front of our apartment and its free. It's right off the Grand Central Pkway so its very convenient. My landlord is great and hasn't raised the rent 6yrs that we've been there. Here's the link for the complex to see....
