Looking for an apartment....

Anyone know of an apartment for rent in any of the towns around Elmont or Franklin Square? A friend was just given 30days to move after living there for 8yrs. because someone reported the landlord. She's looking for a one bedroom in the $800 range. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
