Looking for Big hall approx 700 guests... PLEASE HELP

We are looking for a big hall that can host around 650-700 people..

We already checked the Hilton Huntington, Marriot Uniondale and Hyatt Windwatch but we didnt love any of them...

Any suggestions?

You might also want to check out the Garden City Hotel. I know they can accommodate a very large number.

i think they only hold up to 450 at most

I think Terrace On The Park in Flushing Meadows holds a lot.

there is a new place called elite palace in queens thats holds like 1000 my friend is from yugoslavia and they have like 1000 people weddings!!!!!

Wow this place is beautiful...I wish I had known about it before when I was looking at halls.

Do you know the price range?

I forgot to mention, it cant be too far from Roslyn... i.e East Wind is a bit too far...
Lets say in a 20 mile radius?

What about Villa Lombardis?

Terrace on the Park def holds 700+ guests. My friend went to a 800 guest wedding there.

Terrace on the park is nice and think it holds a lot. I also think that new place elite palace is really nice too. A girl I know looked at both recently and liked it. She's expecting like 700 people. too. Good Luck!

I see that Crest Hollow is on that list. I booked with them and love the hall!! The prices were awesome and the menu is so extensive...if you need any info let me know

CHCC can def hold that many!

the waldorf in the city can too..... but oober expensive

Yes, definately Crest Hollow does...had my hs prom there which there were like 1000+ people at and my company always hosts events there - actually one today.

Im pretty sure Russos on the Bay also does as someone mentioned.

I dont think Jericho Terrace does- pretty sure their max is like 550 or 600

Oh, also check the Westchester rhs...I was out Beckwith Pointe and looked like it might be able to accomodate

Beckwith i think is going to be way to small.. unless you combine the 2 rooms but then it's just a weird layout and a very low ceiling. Plus cocktail hour is part of the main room which is weird.

Duh... check out VIP country club in New Rochelle. It's about a 40 min drive from roslyn probably. The large room can DEF DEF DEF hold that many people and it's a beautiful place.

terrace on the park.. and honestly there is nothing wrong with the layout of the floor.. it has a sunken dance floor so regardless of where anyone is sitting, they can see you..

I know the marriott marquee in manhattan holds that many people. I've been to a wedding with close to that many ppl, it was at a temple don't know what your religion is...

Thats where we had our HS prom...Loved it

Mine too, omg 700 people, I dont think Russo can hold that many, maybe the Hudson Theater
