Looking for Comments on Brett Matthews Photography

I`m still on the photographer/videographer hunt. I know there were a few comments on B rett M atthews here that were all positive, but when I search on theknot.com, there were a few negative comments. Has anyone here had(or know someone who has had) a bad experience with them? I know they`re expensive, but their pictures look great! Thanks in advance!

Looking for Comments on Brett Matthews Photography

I don't know if it's too late, but my experience with them was negative...very negative. My pictures were just OK...nothing great. Yes, they are expensive and they pulled a fast one on me with my parent albums. If you are using them, question EVERYTHING up front. If they listed your parent albums as 'Mezzo' albums, that means that they are slip-in albums (the bottom of the barrel), where the pictures are not sprayed to protect against fingerprints and fading. Never heard of it? Me neither! Then they try to charge about $300 to bring it up to the standard it should be. Be careful.
