Hello! I'm having a fairly casual beach wedding at Callahan's Beach in Northport/Kings Park on September 14th. Does anyone have any recommendations for good rental places for flatware, tents, etc? Thanks!

For my upcoming engagement party we rented a tent from Grand Rental Station in Deer Park. They were really friendly and very reasonably priced. They have everything from glasses to linens, bars, lights, silverware, etc. Basically everything.

You might also try Party Rental Ltd. They have offices all around the tri-state area, the LI one is in Bridgehampton, but they work all over the Island. They do a lot of the work for Martha Stewart magazine spreads.
We used them for a work event in Roslyn, and they did an AMAZING job.
