We are going to the Hamptons in Feburary-- We just wanted to ' get away' with out really going anywhere... We are staying at this Beautiful B & B in East hampton . Here is the site--

Sturbridge, MA is a very nice, quaint town with beautiful country-like hotels and restaurants. Lots of quaint little shops too. Not very exciting but definitely a nice quiet getaway.

Maybe New Hope, PA? Lots of little BnB's and cute shopping and places to eat. I love it there and it's not too far.

When did you want to go and what r u looking for, Marcella?

Over the summer, I took hubby to the Harry Packer Mansion for a murder mystery weekend in PA it was a wonderful time and the accomodations were great and it included a dinner and two breakfasts for I think about $500.

Also if you are looking to go away in the fall, (October especially) I HIGHLY recommend going to Salem, Mass. and staying at either the Salem Inn or the Hawthorne Hotel. They have a month long Halloween Happenings festival... What a blast!!!! Reasonable rates, great accom. some REALLY nice restaurants and fun things to do, but you HAVE to book by like April to get a room for October!
