Instead of putting my placecards on a table I want to put them on a board for people to take down.
Does this make any sense?
You know those photo boards that you stick pictures behind the ribbons? I'm kind looking for something like that but for my placecards.
Anyone see pics of this?

Heres a cool one, I want to do the same thing. I wonder if we could do it ourselves, there is actually a vendor on this site that does it for about $160

I have a picture of that in one of my martha stewart magazines...i think it was the Fall 2006 issue...she used different patterend ribbons horizontally across and tucked the back of the place cards into them?
I'm going to do something similar to that too!

Actually, thats different than what I'm thinking of...
This has hoizontal ribbons running across it...and you hang the placecards over the ribbons...

ok...i just looked it up. She called it a 'ribbon seating-card display'. Sorry, I don't have a scanner, otherwise i'd scan it for you.
But it's actually in the summer 2006 issue.

Here you go! First thing i found when i googled it!
That is so cool. You can do that in print shop, or microsoft publisher. Yoy can design it save it to a disc and take it to a photo shop or B & H to print it out.
