Looking for Wedding Venue for 75 Guests - AFFORDABLE!

Hi Everyone.

This is my first post here. I've done a lot of reading trying to find a wedding venue for about 75 people that costs UNDER $75 per person on a Sunday in October or November. Does anyone have recommendations??

Sunset harbour is in that price point but idk if thirty min well be that low. Check.blessings that might fit. Other wise the Mediterranean manor as an all inclusive package 75 people 7500 but u get photo dj video limo flowers! Good luck!

I also have about the same size party. The problem is goin to be the minimum.

Three Village Inn has something (it wasn't what we were looking for, but they had a package that was under $75)

The View does only afternoon weddings on the weekends (because they are a restaurant) and minimum was 100 people. He said he could work with 80 ppl (which is what I am expecting).

Looks into Miller Beach Surf Club, I believe their minimum is 75 ppl on a Saturday night and they have under $75pp. I do believe The Snapper Inn has a package or two that is under $75, but some of their other packages are pricey.

It really depends what you want in your package, from what I was discovering with the size of my party. You may even try a restaurant you can rent out for an afternoon on the weekend.

It is difficult to find the price I'm looking for plus a place with a minimum low enough. Frustrating! Is it impossible to have a low key/low cost wedding on Long Island?!

But these are all great ideas and good info. Going to look into them!

Definitely look into the miller beach surf club! Its very nice for smaller weddings and the food was really good when I went

Lombardis on the bay. They have a new day time package for $75pp and will probably work with you on minimums, especially for a Sunday in October or November. View only does Saturday day time weddings and start higher than $75pp.

I love Lombardi's on the bay! The catch is, my sister just got married there last year...I think anyone with a sister would understand that place is ruled out lol it is beautiful though!! Loved their cocktail hour, delicious...would recommend it to anyone.

Roma View and Antoinettes are new to me, I'll have to check them out.

I felt the same way when we were looking for venues. I wanted one wedding at a time and didn't want to get married in a restaurant. It was so frustrating because so many places were out of our price range or did not have a minimum low enough for us.

We went with the Mansion at Timber Point in Great River. They were the only ones willing to work with our 60 person minimum requirement, and they are in your price range for a Sunday wedding (at least they were when we booked back in early 2013, but they're certainly negotiable). It is also owned by Lessings, so the food is delicious! I'm getting married there in 2 weeks and we couldn't be happier with our decision to go with them. Good luck on your venue hunt, I'm sure you'll find exactly what you're looking for.

It sounds like we have something very similar in mind for our weddings! I hadn't heard of Timber Point so I'm checking out their site now and it looks beautiful and actually totally my style. I will for sure be checking this place out!
