looking to buy a computer...

im not very up on this but iwould like to be, i would like to purchase a computer, printer, scanner the whole nine. Im not sure where to start. my main goals are to get a computer to use for pics( I also want a digital camera) and internet research. Does any one have any suggestions and round about prices and info would help thanks.
