looking to do a donation/favor - need ideas

a very special girl in my life passed away almost a year ago from cancer. she was only 12.

i would like to make a donation in my guests' names, but i'd like to give something as well. her name was iris, so i was thinking of including that, maybe iris seeds that people could grow, and some type of note explaining my donation.

any ideas where to get started?

i guess i could buy the seeds from a nursery in packs, make a donation and get the info from the the place, and include the info in something i can make for the favors to be handed out?

ETA: I found bookmarks for St. Judes, maybe I could attach the seeds to them?
