When we fall behind, my eating schedule is all screwed up and when we spring ahead, my sleep schedule is messed up.

Re: Losing an hour
instead of setting my clock ahead one hour - i set it ahead an hour and 5 minutes
what a difference those five minutes made! I had time to sit and enjoy breakfast and i got here much earlier!! i think next weekend i may push it another five minutes later!!
so far so good
i actually love driving to work in the dark for some reason, i feel like i am incognito

Re: Losing an hour
I felt so tired yesterday, that I ended up taking a nap. I know the time changed my habits. I usually don't need an alarm clock to get up.

Re: Losing an hour
I hate it. I was so tired all day yesterday. I ended up going to sleep at 9:30, which I guess my body thought was 8:30!

I think that I am too comfortable with you girls bc I reveal my little quirks without explaining them or thinking twice about it - i need a new brain filter

Yeah, I was all f*cked up yesterday. Got home a little late Sat., and had to change the clocks immediately because of my makeup trial on Sun ... so all of a sudden it was 2 instead of 1!!!! And then after my trial I went to the parade in Huntington (st. pats) and then to bars, dinner ... so I got home at like 9 and went to sleep early. FH and I both woke up at like 3 and were WIDE AWAKE. And then this morning, I couldn't get up. Hopefully it will work itself out in the next few days!
Love your avatar.
and you are a whore for staing out late saturday.
Thanks. For both the avatar and whore compliment.

Re: Losing an hour
I am right there with you girls. This hour normally screws me all up but since my internal clock has been messed up for months and I have been feeling exhausted since the holidays it didnt' make a difference this year!
We fall back the night of my wedding so at least all my guests will get an extra hour of sleep that night and it makes my wedding night one hour longer!!!!!!!!
