you can always request a duplicate...just don't wait too long. maybe your parents have one in their house? in a safe deposit box? in a file?

I am going to have to go get a duplicate. My mom gave me mine a while ago and I know I had it... but don't know where I put it!

Its really simple to get a new one they give it to you right there!!! It took me a total of 15 min

i have to request a duplicate also. Our house got broken into and our lock box with all important documents got stolen We had only been in the house a month!
