my coworker is getting married, too- she bought the biggest loser workout DVD to get in shape and she said it was really good. She said one of the best parts is that the people in the videos are everyday people, not those ridiculously thin models who are in perfect shape like most videos have. She said the people on this one are from the show so they sweat and complain and look miserable!
