I was thinking of wiring my teeth shut!
Just kidding.
I have heard great things about weight watchers. They don't limit you to eating one food group and it is a healthy way to lose weight. I personally hate fad diets.

I don't know if you drink soda. But I used to I lived on it. So I cut back the soda and now I drink water. If I want soda I just drink diet with lemon. I lost like 10 pounds just doing that.

Also I go to the track everyday or at least try to and walk 2-3 miles. I can see changes in doing that as well.

Hope this helps.

Drink LOTS of water, no snacks in the house ever!!!!!!, cut out alchol if you drink regulary, eat plenty of fruits and vegs, and do yoga- this is my regular weight loss plan when I start to pack on some pounds. For the 34 year old I am, the yoga has kept away the 'grandma arm' syndrome that strikes when you hit 30. NO JIGGLES- its a miracle. Yoga also really reduces stress.

find a friend! My roommate at school goes to the gym regulary, so I go with her. We motivate each other to go. I'm also trying to only drink water except at meals.

Good luck!

little things help a lot too... for example, if I eat meat I dont eat potatos or pasta with it, just salad... umm and try not to eat after 9 pm... oh and what I try to do is at least walk a little during the day, even if I dont have time I take like 20 minute walks to the bank or something... believe me, I am seeing difference especially in my thighs and butt... I could probably do much better but I am lazy once I get home

Weight Watchers definitely works but I would also suggest increasing your exercise if you want faster results. I hired a personal trainer and lost 40 lbs in 4 months. It was alittle $$$ but it was worth every penny

Today, I made an omlet with cheese and had toast. It fulled me up. Try weight watchers. You could eat so much with them.

Weight Watchers. I have been dieting for what seems like 10 years straight. I joined WW and started weighing in and going to meetings. These two important parts have been the reason for my 26 pound weight loss.

don't worry you'll def lose 10-15 and you have PLENTY of time!!!

just a warning though, don't expect it to be as fast as mine...i have a lot more to lose so it comes off easier.

how are you finding it so far?
