Re: LOST
I actually liked the ending. It made sense that they were all in purgatory and the people who had been dead the longest were the ones that were remembering first. I thought it was very spiritual. The only thing i wasn't happy with is i felt they didn't clarify what the Island actually was. and what was its purpose. I felt like it was to vague.

But Kate, Hugo, Ben, Sawyer, died AFTER Jack... If i understand correctly, Jack Died when he saved the island, but Hugo, Ben, Kate, Claire, Sawyer, died after, as they made it off the island and lived their life til they were suppose to die. But jack remembered last... Ana Lucia also died int he beginning...
Another thing i understood from reading diff blogs, was that this 'purgatory time' was the flash sideways... But that everything else was REAL and did happened. When they died on the island was when they died in real life.
But im still left to wonder, the polar bear? why was Walt special?

Re: LOST
or did they ALL die in the crash? Maybe im LOST... but Jacks Dad did say everything was real, and the time he spent on the island with all those people was the most important in his life.... and I think Sun and Jin, really did have their daughter....

No I think you had it the first time. Island world was real and sideways world was 'purgatory'

No, the flash sideways were purgatory. The island & flash forwards from earlier seasons were all real.

Re: LOST
Ugh...I think it satisfied the character development and relationship questions...but honestly...I found myself asking new questions, even as Jack's eye closed for the last time
Oh well...It was the end of an era...and as a whole...the entire series was awesome. I think we all knew going into the finale that it wasn't ever going to satisfy EVERYONE.

What I wanna know is why Juliet said, 'It worked' after the bomb went off and Miles listened to her thoughts after she died... It didn't 'work'.. Unless you call going into purgatory and waiting for everyone else to cross over with you, working.......... That is not working to me

i read an article about it this morning and it said that she was 'crossing' the island reality and flash sideways realities ... she said 'it worked' about the vending machine (she told sawyer if he unplugged it, it'd give him the candy bar ... and when he did it she said it worked) ... then they had the same exact conversation about him having only a dollar so they'd 'go dutch' for coffee, she told him to kiss her, and he said 'you got it blondie' ...

So on the island when she was buried and Miles heard that she said 'It worked', that was really crossing realities and she was talking about the vending machine? Like, it was supposed to be a trigger for him to remember? I still don't think I get it lol

When she said it worked i believe she brought them all back to present time.

The flash sideways (where the plane never crashed) is purgatory and doesn't actually exist. Juliet was already dead but in purgatory when she said 'it worked' (G-d only knows why she was making new thoughts after she was already dead) ... she was actually referring to the vending machine, not to the island or the bomb or anything like that.

Oh I thought when she said it worked, it meant that the hatch was never built and they never crashed on the island.. Then when I saw them get off the plane safely, I thought, ok maybe it did work, but then that alternate reality wasn't a reality at all.. hmm Idk I think I give up lol
