Lost at Michael's

Am I the only one?

I feel like I'm in that store for hours looking for stuff, but then I leave with one or two things.

I went last night and wanted to get the 'We Do' table letters - couldn't find them.

I wanted to get a cake topper base - couldn't find it.

I wanted to get some sage ribbon for my invitations - could find any I liked.

I wanted to get the glass frosted votives for the place cards - couldn't find any

I did manage to get:

-vases for sand ceremony
-half the sand (still need sage for FI's vase)
-glass marbles for the centerpiece on our table
-inkjet iron-on paper to make custom monograms on my girls totes

So I guess I got some stuff, but there's so much more I need and I can't seem to find, or know where to look.

I'm sure it will all get done though. :)

That store scares me! I am so not creative and I don't even know what I would do with half the stuff!!

I agree. I feel like I can walk around the store for hours and have no idea what I am doing there!!

I know what you mean I always walk out of there with tons of stuff I didnt go for and get in the car and go oh man I forgot to get....

That store can be hit-or miss-sometimes they have everything you need, sometimes they have nothing. I was just there last night, for baby room stuff!!!

The first time I went there with FH we stayed in there for like 2 hours looking at everything. All I kept saying loud was 'I want to MAKE something'

good to know, thanks! I have never even heard of them before, but I found one relatively close. thanks!

I just got back from Joann's and I got a bunch more stuff there. I need hours to shop though. There's just so much to look at and figure out! :)

There's 3 AC Moores around I think...Levittown (close to Rte 135), Glen Cove Road, hauppauge.
