I had a very nasty, unprofessional professor last semester for my child development class. I befriended a lot of people in the class who I had write e-mails to the head of the dept, including myself. This man was just out to fail us and told us that the grading system at our school is overrated Anyway, he changed his tune once he found out there were so many complaints about him. I'm not sure if it's too late but if there are a lot of students in your class with complaints, this might help you.

Well lets put it this way we started with 32 5 1/2 months later were down to 18!!!!!! can you believe that?!?!?!?!? we go to 'elementary school' were in the classroom with the same 2 teachers ALL DAY EVERYDAY! and if we go above themthey set up a meeting to 'talk it out' i almost want to write in an do it anonymously ya know

i think we have all felt like that at one point or another during our school careers - i know i have!!

Take a deep breath, close your eyes for a minute, clear your head, and relax.

Then, open your books and go through everything. Take notes onto flashcards as you are studying. Take a five minute break ever half hour to let all the info sink in then continue right where you left off. Make a list of any question you have and go back at the end of each unit and try to answer them.

Skim your notes right before going to bed - this helps refresh everything and your mind will have time to process the material as you sleep.

Get a good night's sleep and then review anything you are unsure of in the morning right before the test.

You will be fine! GOOD LUCK! MAKE US ALL PROUD!

don't worry - - -that is serously the worst thing you can do. The best way to study is to look it over periodically ----not sitting hour after hour and trying to slam it all in your brain- Continue to look over the material ....take a break...then look it over again. You'll see that the facts will begin to stick!!

Taking breaks are needed and come highly recommended
