I have a kitty that is indoors. Last night the screen door was not closed all the way and he pushed his way out. I realized at 7am so he was out all night. I have been searching all day. I am afraid he is lost and does not know what to do. He never goes outside. He is Blue point Siamese, so he is very distinguishable. I am loosing my mind. My wedding is in 2 days and I cant focus. Any suggestions?

Check some pet shelters?!?! My dog ran away once and we found him there. I am not sure if they pick up tpp many cats though.

Call PAWS (Poineers for Animal Welfare) They are located in Nassau and Suffolk County) They helped my friend when her cat was lost. Good Luck!

I heard somewhere that you should put out the litter box so the cat could follow their scent back home. Good luck.

My cat go out one night and he was within the 2 house next to mine. They say that they don't really go far within 2 houses. He is probably not use to the outside environment and thats why he wont answer you. Good Luck, just keep calling him and hopefully your cat will come home soon.

The doorbell just rang and a man i spoke to today said is this your cat? I couldn't stop hugging him. I cant believe he is back. I guess walking around the block ten times showing everyone a picture worked! Thanks for the suggestions girls. Now I need to go finish up wedding stuff!

I have a white persian indoor cat... I know exactly what you went through... it drove me nuts with worry.

My cat is an indoor/outdoor cat. Occasionally she will not come home and we will find her stuck in a neighbors garage. Your cat is probably somewhere close. They usually dont go far. I would try putting the litter box out and checking with your neighbors to see if they saw it!
