related stuff today!. im going with my mom to buy out my bro's entire registry (minus the spatulas and a few lil items) then going to order them their favors for their wedding, since i have to buy them. then going to michaels to buy TULLE... LOTS AND LOTSSSSSSSSSS OF TULLE..can u tell i like tulle??


ok.. heres where i need help from you ladies. since ive only been to 2-3 showers and i was to young to pay attention... whats a unique gift to get them..like aside from their registry.. what else can i make like a package of.

like my mom got them an insane amount of towels. and we're going to get a wicker basket..and put them in and wrap verythign in tulle and bows..


what creative thing can I do??

i dont know how creative you are but my SIL is really friging creative and she buys the towels and arranges them to look like a wedding cake! i have no idea how though.

For my MOH's shower I made her a baking basket...I went on her registry and bought her kitchen towels, some baking utensils, her oven mitts, her cake decorating kit and I think a cake pan and I put it in a basket with a box of cake mix and some frosting. HTH!

Do they like wine? Maybe get them a wine club membership with a few bottles of wine, or a big basket full of different kinds of wine...
If there is something that they are into as a couple would be a cute idea to do as a 'theme' gift from you

i know this sounds stupid but if u are old school they probably dont live together so something they will need and dont have...is cleaning products....its something thats overlooked but the first time ur sil needs something she will have to run out and buy it..so like windex clorox 409 mr clean fantastic every cleaner imaginble we did it for my cousin instead of a wishin well and it was a huge help....if u uwant something more personable a season basket.....something to decorate the house with for easter christmas halloween...like decorative towels salt and pepper shakers, platters, ornaments things like that

they live together..and are very simple people... i guess ill get them that Kuerig coffee maker and buy every flavor of pods they sell..and make a basket out of that...

and i knwo her bms are supposed ot buy her lingerie...but isnt it kinda sick if i get my FSIL lingerie? thats like creepy, isnt it?

the towel cake is awesome..but yea... im a spaz lol maybe for her baby shower in 248902 yrs ..ill attempt that with diapers. lol

that bbq idea is awesome...

but their rooftop is an entire park with bbq pits.. and they have that wheel cooler already lol

u know.. i didnt even ask lol. but they go on vacation 2-3 times a yr. so i cant do anythign vacation related.

what aboout something like this...they make nicer ones this is an example....then you could fil it with pictures..it could say 'the barbaras' or whatever your last name is

For my FSIL also my MOH shower I am making the towel cake and a honey moon basket filled with things they need for the honey moon!
