related stuff today!. im going with my mom to buy out my bro's entire registry (minus the spatulas and a few lil items) then going to order them their favors for their wedding, since i have to buy them. then going to michaels to buy TULLE... LOTS AND LOTSSSSSSSSSS OF TULLE..can u tell i like tulle??
ok.. heres where i need help from you ladies. since ive only been to 2-3 showers and i was to young to pay attention... whats a unique gift to get them..like aside from their registry.. what else can i make like a package of.
like my mom got them an insane amount of towels. and we're going to get a wicker basket..and put them in and wrap verythign in tulle and bows..
what creative thing can I do??

my friends are really creative... they do this wine basket thing and its a poem.. u buy 12 bottles of wine.. theres a different bottle for each holiday... and it goes along with the poem.. its called a wine basket.. and at each holiday they bring the bottle for that holiday with them weherever they go and celebrate. its a great idea. will look for pics.. the wine bottles have tags on them too.. i can email you the poem and everything.. let me know
nahh i cant get her cleaning supplies lmao. that will make me look liek a c-u next tuesday SIL that basically says 'clean the house for your husband, NOW BISHHHH' lmao
I got a few baskets that I really loved at my shower.
One was a baking basket. With all the Martha baking accessories. Cupcake stand, cupcake carrier, spoons and baking recipe book and one handwritten for my Grandmothers cake. It had a few whisks and stuff in it.
I also got two pasta baskets. One had few different type of pastas, a strainer, some kitchen tools, EVOO and Balsamic... it was really cute!
The other one had my pasta maker attachment for my mixer, a gorgeous macaroni platter and bowl.....hmmmm I'm trying to think what else.
It you do a theme basket it should turn out awesome!

What if you bought them martini glasses, a shaker, and get a few bottles of gray goose, olives, vermouth, cointrau, cranberry juice, lime juice, everything you need to make a martini and cosmopolitan? And put it in a nice basket and warp it with tulle!

One of my fav gifts was a personalized basket w/ robes, pillowcases, towels, etc that had our names on them Mr. & Mrs. X- I LOVED it
I got my sis in law lingerie and she got me tons too my brother was grossed out but OH WELL! hahaha
I also did 'the candle poem' for her...its cheesy but cute...theres a cool wine one too...I googled them

where are they go ing on their honeymoon? you can call up the hotel they are staying at and get something special for them there. my friend got her sister 'dinner under the stars' and a couples massage at the hotel her sister is staying at...i thought that was a unique idea and something to look forward to!

I was going to suggest this too. My friends did this but they just got us a gift card to use on whatever we wanted because they didn't know what we already had booked!
if you need help with a towel cake let me know. I do them for my business.. also- why dont you get the towels embroidered with their initials.. i did this for my friends e-party..

for my sister in laws shower we put together baskets for each season. so the winter one had the hot chololate maker, roasting pan and carving knief from their registry and then we added little christmas decorations in a basket. the summer one had their summer plates, bbq tools and we added som different summer decorations and put it in a beachy plastic basket... a friend of mine got a basket for every holiday from her mother at her shower. it was great, but the collected things throughout the year for it.
