as some of you know I am throwing my parents a surprise 30th anniversary party in September. What do you think of these as favors? All suggestions welcome!

Re: Lottery Tickets
That is not a bad idea. Five years ago I threw my parents a surprise 25th anniversary party and the favors where mini champagne bottles. I brought the bottles and wrapped themself and I think it cost me about $50 to do the whole thing.

Re: Lottery Tickets
did you do one per person or one per couple? Also was the label personalized?

Re: Lottery Tickets
I think it is a great idea - friends of mine did this for their wedding - they put the tickets in an envelope that said 'Thanks a million - Jane and John'

Re: Lottery Tickets
Jeanene that is cute. Iwas think of attaching something to it saying 'they've been lucky in love not lets see of you can be lucky in life'
what do you think?

Re: Lottery Tickets
I did the wine bottles one per couple and I had a personalized ribbon attached to the bottle. If you are going to the lottery tickets, your saying is great.

Re: Lottery Tickets
i love the idea!! 99% of the time people throw out favors anyway - this way there's a chance someone will win!!!

Re: Lottery Tickets
We did the 'Win for Life' lottery tickets as favors at the wedding and they were a big hit. Everyone loved them and we had a few small winners. I think all people enjoy them.

Re: Lottery Tickets
I think that is a great idea! If you can, include a penny with the year of their marriage maybe?
