i know alot of people complain about their FMIL but i feel that not enough credit is given to them haha so i need to say i LOVE my FMIL....she has been so helpful and not intrusive at all....she is the sweetest women and im so glad to become part of their family.

Yikes!!! My FMIL and I have a ok relationship.... She has made some major mistakes with her own family and kids and we are working them out!

Its great when you have a good relationship with FMIL. i love mine too!
I have to agree, mine is wonderful too, very down to earth maybe more so than me lol.
But she is not opinionated or pushy and respects our privacy, i read some horror stories on here about MIL's and its not pretty. Plus FH would put her in her place if she was ever out of line.

I'm sorry to tell u this...... but my FMIL is definitely the BEST one ever!!! haha She even invited me over the other day while my FH was at work cuz she knew I had a big neuro science exam and said she wanted to give me a homecooked meal and 'wait on me while I study in the back room'.... SHE'S THE BEST hahaha

My FMIL could definitely be worse, I guess. I'm not her biggest fan. I guess it's because she didn't love me instantly like all my other boyfriend's moms did...lol. They were all practically begging me to date their sons and of course the one guy that I actually fall in love with has a mother who doesn't see how awesome I am!

I love my Fmil too. She always asks about the wedding and what she can do to help. I think she is more excited then my mother. I just really can't say enough nice things about her. She even wanted to show me her dress before she bought it to make sure I liked it.
