A formal dining room that opens up to a very large living room that overlooks the lawn and bay as well as your private deck. The bathroom is completely new with beautiful neutral color tile.

Condo is in a gated community and has a bay-surrounded pool, tennis courts, laundry and your own parking space. Rent includes your heating.
