Love this Tiara

It is by Swarovski and am in love with it. Is it crazy to spend close to $300 on just a tiara alone?

check Ebay!!! There's lots of sellers on there that sell Swarovki items.
You may even want to check Saks Off 5th. They sometimes carry Swarovski tiaras.

i love that tiara also....actually, i love all tiaras!
I can't wait for mine to arrive...EBAY is great for that stuff. Before you spend the big bucks on it - definitely check out what ebay has to offer - they have tons of them!!
And then if they don't have it - you can order it. I've heard of peole spending a lot more than $300 on a tiara...and if you love it....get it!

I love that one, a friend of mine wore it for her wedding, and it was gorgeous. One thing about Ebay, a lot of the tiaras say 'swarovski' and the crystals are swarovski, but the tiaras aren't actually made by swarovski.
Do you have a sister? My sister and I have agreed to buy one somewhat expensive tiara, maybe even that one, and we'll both use it, and hopefully pass it down to our future daughters/daughters in law. I think it's a great idea, and it makes the price a lot easier to swallow.

I'm a big collector of Swarovski signed costume jewelry and I know there are a handful of sellers on Ebay who might carry that at some point. Just make sure that the bid description states it's a 'Swarovski Signed' piece.

Here are a couple of sellers that I frequently purchase from and may be worth checking up on every once and a while:

I just want to pass along something I heard.
My DIL's sister bought an expensive tiara from Bridal Couture in Manhasset with the intention of their youngest sister wearing it three years later. It had the Swarovski crystals on it, but I can't really tell you more than that.
When they unwrapped it in prepration for the latest wedding, it had changed color and was not wearable.
My DIL was with me and my daughter at the same salon looking at wedding gowns recently and she mentioned what happened. She received a curt response stating that they are not guaranteed and nothing can be done.

It sounds like a wonderful idea, but I don't want you to be disappointed. Please do whatever research you need to.

I spent more than that on my tiara so it's not crazy in my opinion obviously! The way I look at it is that you can make it a heirloom that maybe you can give to your daughter one day! It's beautiful!

Very pretty - you can also try Patchogue Floral Fantasyland, they had a large selection. You may find one very similar. Best Wishes!
