My fiance, family and I just finished our first day of looking at wedding venues, and of all the places we saw, the Royalton was definitely our favorite!!!!
We couldn't get an appointment there until next week but we were anxious and popped our head in. Gerald was nice enough to give us 30 minutes of his time and we loved everything that we saw!! He told us how they custom create the wedding menu and he gave us an idea of what they offer and the price range, but we didn't have time for any details regarding what's included. It would be great if the Royalton brides could offer some detail.
In particular, I'd love to know how many passed hors d'oeuvres and stations are included in the cocktail party? Do they have set choices to pick from or are those also specialized for each wedding? Any other details would be much appreciated!

I'm so glad you liked it! I'm getting married there September 27th and am madly in love with it. As for your questions, I can't remember for the life of me. Sorry! There's a Royalton Brides thread somewhere on LIW too - I always forget to notebook it. There are a handful of future and past Royalton brides on here - they have been very helpful to me so far.

congrats on the Royalton. It is the most special place.
As far as HD you get 15-20 passed and you get 5 stations I believe.
There is no set menu, you can create anything you want. That is one of the best parts.

For our wedding, we had over 20 passed hors d'oeuvres and 6 stations. They had the Tuscany table with the meats, cheese and crudite, but the other stations you can customize to your liking. They can even create a station for you------we designed a vodka-tuna station. It was all different flavors of vodks and all different types of tuna, seared, cajun, blackened etc----it was AMAZING! That is what makes the Royalton so spectacular---you really customize your own wedding! FM me for more details!
