Re: Lovely Bones is pick #1
I just finished this book last night. I really liked it and was interested the entire time. But, I thought it could have ended better.

Re: Lovely Bones is pick #1
Septemberbride- do you mean better or different? I think people want the book to end one way and that is why they don't like the ending, BUT consider what happens in 'real' life. Do thing 'end' in a nice neat package?

I know we're not discussing this yet, but I would disagree that the ending was more like real life. I think it did all wrap up neatly and thats what I didn't like.

Re: Lovely Bones is pick #1
I don't mean better in a way that things were different, but that it got 'weak' I thought. It was a very compelling book that was detailed and then seemed to just end by quickly summing up everyone's life.
