In his defense, I'm sure he was really busy, but that still isn't an excuse to treat a customer like that. I'm a nurse and it doesn't matter how bad of a day i'm having I suck it up and smile my *** off. I can by sympathetic to him being busy, but I'm not a crazy bride with demands, I just wanted some guidance....

I find it all very frustrating-

As a customer....you're entited to a lot mroe that tha. My wedding is over, but if i were planning, you're assessment would be very useful.

I'm sorry that you had to go through that....I'll be sure to tell my friends planning their weddings about it.

Florists and all other vendors should realize by now....that when someone has a bad experience...they also tell 20 of their friends about it. In this case, a lot more.

i would request my money back and go somewhere else, but then again, I am contradicting myself. I am using pedestals and had that problem 4 times, then finally they almost got it right...so we gave them one last try, but by that time, I lost all faith in them....then they say have faith in us, I said would you have faith in your company if you called and tried to speak with someone over 20 times and nobody calls you back, I was just calling to go over the contract we got in the mail and it was all wrong and all there mistake, then they said oh you only called 2 times, I was PISSED THE contract WAS completly wrong five times and everything........these vendors are a piece of work...

Seriously? My RH uses pedestals and Flowers by brian as their in house florists - the manager of my RH told me to go with Flowers By Brian because Pedestals was hard to get in touch with. I guess she wasn't kidding.

I'm shocked that you still have a contract with them! You can do better. I would make sure to be ULTRA clear in your review of Pedestals and let all the 08 and 09 brides know about it as well.

As for the Lovin Oven thing it sounds like he was having an off day or maybe you just rubbed him the wrong way.,.. These vendors are still people, regardless. If it happens again I would say something.
