Lovin' Oven Food Questions

Hi fellow lovin' oven brides!!!!

I have two questions:

1) Did any of you get a chance, either at your tasting or at another wedding, to try the potato encrusted chilean sea bass? We didn't get the opportunity to taste this at our tasting, so we're wondering if it's any good?

2) How do we go about tasting for the cake? Is this something we set up independently with Audrey's?
