Loving the Rain!!!
Sorry just had to say.
1. So I have to eat in during lunch.. fine it's not like a SEASON of rain like Winter when you HAVE to go out! I can live with this.
2. Bird S**T! OH THANK GOD I don't have to constantly wipe my car
3. Hot cocoa, good food, curled up kitten in my lap and the sound of rain playing off the window.. God it's good to be alive.
4. Its cold but not COLD which I hate when it's cold cold and wet. This is still managable.
5. Snow. Thank god it's not
6. Driving is ok if you go slow and be careful, which when you think about it is nice because most of the other fools on the road are starting to finally drive right (Minus the SUV idiots who rush through puddles)
7. Opening a window to clean out the air in the house. NOTHING better than rain drenched air to clean up the house. God I love the smell of wet trees and a cool breeze. Im not talking for hours on end, but some.
8. Cleaning (i know that sounds stupid) but this sorta forces me to start putting away those summer clothes and realize it's fall and winter's not too far off. We've had odd ball hot days that have really messed me up. I feel like this is one giant ReStart button.
9. The wildlife (ok now I know im stupid) I love to watch the birds bathe (not crapping on my car) in the pools of water, the squirrels running around, my cats totally entertained with it all. Its like a wet circus!
10. It soothes my soul. The feel of rain on my face, soaking my hair or even if im just inside and listening to it. It reminds me that all things can be cleansed. It's just refreshing to me.
So... I love the rain.
