Low / No carb girls...

So what to do when you cheat and DO eat the carbs? Is there a way to make up for it? Like in WW with points, you can deprive yourself points for the next few days to make up for it.. but with carbs.. how does that work? Would you eat MORE protein that same day as eating the carbs? Doesn't seem right. I don't know! Anyone have any tips?

I know how you feel...I often wish this diet worked that way! Unfortunately, there's no way to 'make up' for eating the carbs, b/c avoiding carbs is more about how your body processes the food, rather than how much fat or calories you are eating. The best you can do is get past it - what's done is done (or what's digested is digested), so just climb back on your wagon and be disciplined about what you eat!

Good luck!

When I cheat and have something with sugar like dessert, I am fine. I go right back on with no problems.

When I cheat and have anything with white flour, I am sick to my stomach for 2 days.

My body says 'BAD CARBS'

Personally, white flour stuff makes me want to throw up now. (How lovely, right?) But when I do eat them, I douse my insides with water. I drink as much as I can and it usually makes me feel better. It probably does nothing for my weight, but the way I see it is I'm human and if I don't allow myself to eat that stuff sometimes, I'll eventually go back to eating it all the time again.
