I'm not PG (at least I don't think, I tested and it was negative) but I've been cramping all week, with lower back pain today. I'm not due for AF for another 2 weeks. But I'm not really sure of that, cause I have an irregular cycle and just came off the pill. Could this be an early pregnancy symptom??

Hmm... I don't know since lower back pain doesn't happen until MUCH later in pregnancy like when you get huge and the weight of the belly and giant boobs puts strain on your back but I'm going to guess no.
BUT...if lower back pain is a common AF symptom for you, then it could also be a pg symptom.

If AF isn't due for another 2 weeks I would say it's more likely a side effect of ovulating not pregnancy.

Maybe you could have a UTI? My lower back pain didn't start in PG until about 16 weeks...

it could go either way...I started cramping 2 weeks before AF and the tiredness started a week before I tested positive
