Lowes or Home Depot registy?????

FH and I already live together. We put everything we need on our Bed Bath and Beyond registry.

We are currently looking at homes to buy and could really use things from HD or Lowes..

Please be honest!!

-Has anyone done it??

-Is it somewhat...tacky??

-What could my girflriend buy there that they can bring to a bridal shower??

- Is it possible to just list give cards??

No problem...they reallllyy need to do some revamping to their registry systems and make them much more user friendly and accessible! They could be doing SO much business that way.

I originally registered at Home Depot but didn't really find anything that ppl can give me without sending it over in a truck.
We finally registered at Sears! We added stuff to our registry with things like pendant fixtures for the kitchen island, outdoor wall sconces for the porch, ceiling fans, dog house, breakfast nook.... you name it. Check out their website too.

Oh thank you! I agree Home Depot could be making sooo much more business if they spruced up their webstie and Lowes if they offered gift cards..
