Happy Thursday!

My question for today is :
What was your most embarrassing moment in front of your FH when you were dating?

I met my FH in June, and his birthday is in September. We all went out with some friends to a bar/restaurant for some drinks and appetizers. Now keep in mind, FH does NOT drink (I don't even think he was having fun lol) So it's approaching the end of the night, Everyone is feeling really good from all of the drinks, so we all decide to walk across the street to a hooka bar...bad idea! You were allowed to bring your own alcohol, so of course we did. Everyone had a great time, and now it's time to go home.

Staggering to his car, my FH gets me in and starts driving...now I get motion sickness when I'm not drunk. Ps driving along southern state parkway and I start throwing up all in his car. He pulls over, gets out and holds my hair back while rubbing my back telling me it's ok because I am hysterically crying at this point from being so embarrassed.

I am beyond mortified now because we have only been dating each other for 2 months. He takes me to my room gets me in bed, and says I'll call you tomorrow. I thought for sure he was not going to call me the next day, or be realllllly pissed off.

But he called me the next day, and of course I offered to have his car cleaned LOL and Almost 6 years later we are getting married! What a guy, he's definitely a keep!

About 9 months after dating we went out to dinner. I wasn't feeling great before we went out, but I thought it was my anxiety. One bite into my salad I knew I was sick. We hightailed it out of the restaurant, and he broke landspeed records on the Cross Island to get me home. We almost made it home. Three blocks from our house, I made him pull over. I opened the car door and threw up all over the street. I ended up with a stomach bug. He was trying to take care of me all night, but I was puking and pooping all night long.

He still managed to propose to me later that fall.

When we first started dating we were 17 hanging out in my basement when my mom called me upstairs.....which was weird.... When I got up there she tells me that our new puppy peed all over his jacket. I was soooo embarrassed. I had to go back and explain what happened and try and clean it.

It became the joke that was constantly brought up over the years. Needless to say he was never a fan of the dog lol

I never realized what a clutz I am until I met my FW. This story isn't too bad, but stuff like this happens all the time now - but this was the first. We had just finished taking pictures at JC Penny's, so I'm all done up, hair nicely done, new clothes etc - we go to grab something to eat in the food court in the mall. I go to shake my Snapple, not realizing I had already loosened the cap, so I wind up taking a Snapple shower in the middle of Roosevelt Field Mall. FW nearly choked on her food with laughter, but then helped me clean up. I was sooo embarrassed and upset that my hair was ruined. :/ Now I do that sort of stuff all the time. LOL
