Luau Food

Anyone have any suggestions on what type of food I shoudl serve at a Luau:

I am roasting a pig.... what else?

I had a luau last year. We did macadamia nut chicken (my mom found the recipe on the internet and it was a total hit); what about chicken and pineapple kabobs? There's websites on here if you google luau menu

Since I just got back from Hawaii, I think I can help. They had BQ chicken, Roasted Pig, Fruit like Pinappelle, mango, oranges, melon, watermelon. They had a salad with a vinaigrette dressing. They had this sweet bread that I wouldn't know how to make. It is a roll that is slightly the color purple. They had them at most of the Hawaiian restaurants.
Ribs with mango BQ sauce. Roasted vegetables, They also had white rice seasoned with something they used in Hawaii not sure. They also had some kind of steak but I am not sure, sorry I am not so much help. I didn't eat that much, I am pretty picky.

Other things popular in Hawaii is of course Sea Food. So maybe you could have coconut shrimp or chilled shrimp. They had a lot of Hawaii fish like Ahu and mahi mahi. Rack of lamb was popular also.
