Re: lucille roberts
i've been a member in the past and just joined again, $99 registration fee, $12 a month no commitment. The gym is ok it had everything I need so I am pretty satisfied. It's just very hard to park at the location I go to (in Brooklyn)... I think for the money its worth it

they had very little cardio machines. plus you had to sign in. downstairs they had the oldest looking stair master that ive ever used. even the weight machine were super old. every class was packed !!! the hours werent great either. again, this is how it was 4years ago and my experience.

I belong to the one in Carle Place and I like it there. They have the usual treadmills, bikes and ellipticals. They have all of the weight machines too. I really love the classes, although they are crowded at times. They have kickboxing, step, and weight classes. I really, really should go more!

I love the classes. I love being at a gym with no men. I highly recommend it and you can't beat the prices. I have been to three: Astoria, Forest Hills, and Massapequa and they were all good! Go for it!!!!!!

I go to that one now. It's not that bad. Some machines are good, but they have some new ones. The classes are good, which is mostly what I want. CLasses and cardio.

The one in Massapequa is my favorite but it's too far from my house.

Re: lucille roberts
Is the promotion that they are running now just $12/month? Or do you still need to pay $99 registration fee?

Re: lucille roberts
I go to the one in Massapequa. I do the classes and love them. Right now the classes are all packed because of the New Year's resolutions, but it'll die down soon enough.
