LUNCH CALL!

i'm eatingn now i'm starving lol!

i made fat free veggie tuna w whole wheat melba toast and an apple! yummmm! tonight is weigh in again very nervous!

oy, i was bad today.

I stopped for Micky D's breakfast this morning and ate two hashbrowns and saved my bacon, egg and cheese for lunch and I just ate it

ummm i had cheerios for breakfast...and i am silly and only bought a jello with me to work- i thought i threw something else in my bag

so i think i might have to go out and get something bec i am starving!!

I went to panera bread! I had a half sandwich, turkey and swiss on honey wheat, a cup pf broccoli cheaddar soup and an apple! It was delicious!!!
