Nothing. I've had a tooth ache for like 2 months and I haven't done anything about it bc I have no dental insurance. Well today I woke up and the whole side of my head hurts from this tooth - I'm going to the dentist at 3:15 ![]()

I just had a grilled chicken with melted swiss, lettuce, tomato and hot peppers on a whole weaht roll and a bag of Soy Crisps (I didn't eat breakfast so I don't feel bad about eating every last bit of it lol)

I had 100 calorie pepperidge farm deli flatbread w/ turkey, 1 slice of 2% cheese and low fat mayo. It was good and only about 5 pts.

no joke, I just had a bowl of fresh made guac that I made at my desk.
I brought in a whole avocado and a pico de gallo and hooked it up.
