A really bad turkey sandwich that did not satisfy me. And now I need more food, but I also prefer the scale being less, so I'll keep drinking my water.
Fh made me a turkey and cheese sandwhich before he left on whole wheat with light mayo.....yumm
baked chicken with tiny portion of yellow rice and water.
