I was supposed to go to spin this morning before work and overslept. Now I am ordering grilled cheese and french fries. Oh well cant be perfect all the time right??? (please agree lol)

Same thing I've been eating all week - 3 slices of turkey, 3 pieces of melba toast with 1 wedge of light laughing cow cheese and a light n' fit yogurt.

no - but I did have the pecan one. Soooo good. But I'm sticking with plain. No sugars for me until July 13 (day after we get back from HM)
