The doctor I work for forgot to bring in lunch so we ordered from a deli...on him!
For me it's house salad with grilled chicken and no dressing.

I had a Lean Cuisine chicken club panini. I was going to be good and eat some strawberries and grapes also, but some coworkers came in with a chocolate fudge cake for my bday! So of course I HAD to have a piece!!

I had egg whites w turkey on a roll before so it's lots of water for me for lunch. lol

I had a turkey flatbread sandwich with hummus, lettuce and tomato and some PB on crackers. I've got a banana for a snack too!
