Is it just me or when you email vendors and they take awhile to get back to you they say:
' I just got your email and for some reason it went into my SPAM folder.'
I don't know if it is my email actually going into their spam or it is an excuse for them taking forever to get back to you.
Is it just me???

I actually had a vendor tell me 'if you ever email me & I don't get back to you right away, then call me' & then explained to me how mail accidently goes into his spam folder & then people get mad at him for not responding right away & suggested for us to call instead of email if its important.

It happens to me too so frustrating I would think vendors would want our business.
