They may be dealing with their legal problems since that kid fell out of their limo bus a couple of weeks ago

Take it as a sign, call a different company! We met with them and were less then impressed. More with the personnel then the cars, the cars were nice.
eta: just realized I can't spell and personnel might actually still be spelled wrong!

I was going to say to stay away cause they are rude, but falling out of limo seems to be more of a concrete reason...wow
