Those of you who have had either positive or negative experiences with M & V, can you either post them here or FM me. I am booking my Limo in July and wnat to know details about the issues you guys have had. I have only narrowed my choices down to M & V and one other place.

I have done a search on the BBB and according to them they have only had 7 complaints in the past 3 years.
And I have searched on here without getting any specific information.

7 complaints is A LOT!!! Most of the vendors here have ZERO complaints...
Just think...most people just let things go and don't report, but for 7 people to get PO'd enough to report...then something is terribly wrong.
This is my opinion though. Seems like you keep defending them, which means that you want to use them. Then I guess go for it and hope for the best

Did you go there in person yet? My fh went there with his best man and they said the cars werent really in the best condition. and they really stunk - I guess b/c they went sat. afteroon and they were probably used friday night.. but still!! Imagine my gown smelled like smoke b/c of the limo...

How can I defend a company I haven't used. And 7 complaints in 3 years is nothing when you compare that to the amount of business they seem to do. I have heard alot of peope weren't happy but no one has really said why or what went wrong. I just want specifics, that's all. Is that too much to ask for? Sheez.
